What material is the Polar Bench made of?
The Polar Bench is made of recycled plastic, mostly recycled milk jugs. The furniture grade engineered lumber simply outperforms wood. it will not splinter or rot in any way, is impervious to stains and is extremely strong. You never have to paint it and cleaning is as easy as soap and water.
Where does Polar Bench ship?
Polar Bench ships to any of the lower 48 states.
How much does shipping cost?

Is the Polar Bench patented?
The Polar Bench is currently patent pending.
What if I didn’t order the Smartlock and want to add it later?
Please email vlubben@polarbench.com and we will assist you in getting your Smartlock.
How much is the smartlock option?
The lock and the latch are only $124.99.
What colors are available for the Polar Bench?
The Polar Bench comes in 5 colors: Weathered Wood, Black, Coffee, Sandtone and Gray.
Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been processed?
Please email vlubben@polarbench.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We will do what we can to meet your wishes.
Once I receive my Polar Bench how do I provide instructions to delivery drivers?
When placing your online order usually you can put delivery instructions when you place your order. If you simply state, ‘Please place delivery in Polar Bench by front door’, then the delivery person should do so.
Does the Polar Bench come pre-assembled?
Yes! Your Polar Bench comes fully assembled. Remove it from the shipping carton and place in the location you wish to receive packages and groceries.

How long will my order take to ship?
The demand has been strong but we are working hard to get you your new bench as soon as possible. When you are placing your order, it will tell you the approximate ship time.
What is the warranty policy?
Seller warrants the Material to the original purchaser for a period of 35 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to physical defects in the Material, such as dry rot, splitting, delaminating and defects in the Material due to the manufacturing errors. Seller will replace, repair or refund, at Seller’s option the defective Material, provided the original Buyer supplies Seller with a copy of the original bill of sale and the damaged Material, or a sample, at Seller’s discretion.
Everything else, that is not the material (HDPE Engineered Lumber) has a 1 year warranty.
